Add one drop of your favorite essential oil to each lava bead and allow for the aromatherapy to enlighten you throughout the day. Apply as needed, may run a warm water gently over lava stones when changing oil scent.

Made from very sturdy stretch cord along with BlackJasper, Diopside jasper and lava stone bead. Will custom make to fit any size wrist.

Choose your choice of peppermint, lavender, orange or lemon high quality essential oil or simply choose not to add.

Lavender essential oil: Is used as a calming oil to provide relief from stress, anxiety, and fear, along with promoting sleep.

Lemon essential oil: Provides a fresh aroma to bring joy and cleansing properties.

Orange essential oil: Will give you an uplifting feeling throughout your day.

Peppermint essential oil: Peppermint works well in reducing headaches, this oil will also provide you with focus.


Measure wrist with a string and a ruler or a fabric measuring tape, add 1/2" for snug fit or 1" for looser fit. Standard size is 7"
